At Avelime, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
• Include all accessories and promotional items received with the order.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Worn or used corsets
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift Cards
• Final Sale or Clearance Items
• Products returned without original packaging or tags

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll provide the appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Customer Support team.
2. Receive return authorization and instructions.
3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item using the provided return instructions.
5. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

• You received the wrong item.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The item was defective upon delivery.

If a replacement is approved due to our error, Avelime will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
3. Contact your bank.
4. If you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team.

International Returns

Customers returning products from outside the United States may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes paid to local authorities are generally non-refundable.
